Most Anticipated YA Releases of 2017

large-4As 2017 begins, I thought it was necessary to make up a list of most anticipated reads I hope to get my hand on as the year proceeds. It was hard to minimize the choices to an amount lower than 30 but I did it. Here are 15 of the 2017 young adult releases of the releases I’m looking forward to this year and a little summary about them.

1. A Court Of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J Mass(goddess of writing) Release Date: May 2nd

Looming war threatens all Feyre holds dear in the third volume of the #1 New York Times bestselling A Court of Thorns and Roses series.


2. Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh Release Date: May 16th

Mulan retelling+ Renee Ahdieh + Magic= Sign me the heck up

After reading the Wrath & The Dawn and starting the sequel Rose & The Dagger, I think’ll read everything that Renee puts out at this point

Brief Summary-

3. Because You Love To Hate Me edited by Ameriie from YouTube Release Date: July 11th

This collection of short stories features different fairy tales from the villain’s point of view. There are stories of vengeance, fury, pain,rage, heartbreak or sorrow. Thirteen youtubers and authors come together come together for this 320- page anthology. Sasha Alsberg is the one that made me beyond excited for this.


4. The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli Release Date: April 11th

Seventeen-year-old Molly Peskin-Suso knows all about unrequited love. No matter how many times her twin sister, Cassie, tells her to woman up, Molly can’t stomach the idea of rejection. So she’s careful. Fat girls always have to be careful.

13. One of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus Release Date: May 30th

14. Defy The Stars by Claudia Grey Release Date:April 4th

15. Lucky In Love by Kasie West Release Date: July 25th
